Maxime Demartin is a Berlin-based freelance colorist whose work is driven by a deep interest in visual storytelling. Constantly evolving his craft, he aims to bring out the full emotional and aesthetic potential of every frame.
He collaborates on a wide range of projects, from commercials and documentaries to narrative features and music videos, and has graded three feature films to date. We Are Inside, a three-hour documentary by Lebanese director Farah Kassem, premiered at Visions du Réel in 2024 and has since earned international recognition. Danke für Nichts, the debut feature by Stella Markert, won the First Steps Award (Big Audience Award) in 2025.
Maxime has worked with clients including Mercedes AMG, BMW Motorrad, and Adidas.
